HSPRC was established by Prof. Yoav Livney and Prof. Avi Shpigelman from the Technion’s Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Engineering, and Mr. David Shem Tov from the Technion Research & Development Foundation. Prof. Livney is the Center’s director.
