Community Buildup Workshop

The workshop, which took place in July 2023, aimed to build up the SPRC community, present some of the ongoing studies by Technion researchers and external collaborating PIs, and to present several Technion-based alternative protein start-ups. A round table session discussed the grand challenges in the different research themes in the field, and how best to address them via the SPRC initiative.
